Entrées  Foie Gras / Langoustines

The Langoustines were light and refreshing, perfectly preparing me for the next course..

Plats Filet of Sole Meunière / Roast Palette du Béarn / Saddle of Lamb with Estragon

The Roast Palette was scrumptious with its flavorful glaze, but my favorite was surprisingly the Saddle of Lamb, as I am not usually a big fan of lamb in general. It was perfect cooked, and the gnocchis were the most wonderful companion.

Desserts  Gariguette Strawberries / Lemon Bontemps
