Stay in Paris: Le Pavillon de la Reine

Le Pavillon de la Reine, located in the heart of Le Marais district, is a privately-owned five-star hotel with rich history and sophistication.

Hidden behind a discrete entrance on Place des Vosges (often referred to as the most beautiful square in the world), Le Pavillon de la Reine is the perfect place for a secluded retreat or a luxurious getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Surrounded by delightful greenery, this place is the epitome of charm and elegance.

The dining area exuded elegant yet intimate atmosphere, with antique details, comfortable seatings, and a cozy fireplace. They had what was called an ‘Honesty Bar’ which is an unattended bar where payment is relied upon and left to the guest.

56 rooms and suites are all uniquely designed and decorated, with a mix of contemporary interiors and antique furnishings.

My favorite was the Suite de la Reine, with 17th century Versailles parquet flooring, antique fireplace, and beautiful interior details — a Parisian flat anyone could ever dream of.

As a huge design lover, I loved that each and every room was designed and decorated distinctively, using different shades of colors, wallpapers, and furnitures.

It was such a pleasure to stay and discover several type of rooms at Le Pavillon de la Reine..

Located downstairs is the gym, along with a jacuzzi area and the Hammam spa.

From the attentive service (especially from the doorman Yassine who was kind enough to help me find and get into my ride even after check-out!), to the impeccable design details, I could only wish to return to Le Pavillon de la Reine for another stay..

As Yassine said, à la prochaine!
