Stay in Paris: Hotel Montalembert

Built in the 1926, Hotel Montalembert is an elegant 5-star hotel that lived through some of the greatest moments in history. Renovated for its 90th birthday, the hotel is ideally located in the Left Bank of Paris, just minutes away from the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, and the charming Saint-Germain-des-Pres area filled with antique shops and art galleries.

In the lobby, the furnitures and decorations come together naturally, exuding sophistication and tranquility.

Warm-colored wooden furnitures, full grain leather sheathed desk with brass and patina finish details were just a few of many examples that Hotel Montalembert paid much attention to details to provide a warm atmosphere.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by some of the most wonderful staff members I have ever encountered. They were professional yet friendly, making me feel right at home.

I checked into my lovely Junior Suite, filled with precious decoration details and luxury elements. With yellow and orange tones, the suite, just like the lobby, provided much warmth and elegance.

The bathroom was beautifully embellished by materials inspired by classicism: Carrara marble, mosaics, bevelled mirrors…

The Suite also came with 2 small terraces, with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower.

Next morning, breakfast was a feast, and definitely one of the best I have had.

From the avocado toast to the freshest smoked salmon plate, Hotel Montalembert’s scrumptious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day..
