ME London, a member of the Melia hotel group, is a five-star hotel located in the heart of Covent Garden, a renowned destination for shopping, food, and theatre entertainment. Stylishly designed by world famous architects Fosters and Partners, ME London is undoubtedly my new favorite hotel in the centre of London.
As I stepped inside the hotel, I was instantly captivated by the elegant atmosphere. The chic interior design, contemporary music, and a delightful glass of welcome champagne at the Atrium (Reception) were just a few amongst many reasons why I began telling myself: “this is my first visit but it sure won’t be my last.”
Checking into my Chic Suite, I was not disappointed. With the floor-to-ceiling windows boasting a city view, customizable LED lighting, and marble bathrooms, my suite was, very chic, to say the least. I was also amazed at how quiet the room was, despite being in the hub of bustling London. Thanks to the whisper-quiet soundproofing, I was able to get a good night sleep, uninterrupted by the busy streets of theatre-land.
Believe it or not, I have never felt more at home at any other hotels than I did here at ME London. Perhaps it was the cozy blanket, perfect temperature, warmest hospitality, or all the above, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
ME London is also home to the award-winning (and rightfully so) Radio Rooftop Bar. Featuring a panoramic view of London skyline, the venue is the perfect place to be either for a date night, drinks with your girlfriends, or just a cozy get-together.
During the winter months, Radio Rooftop Bar is offering an ultimate alpine experience with their #AprèsWithaView where 3 luxurious cable cars stunningly furnished with luxury candles and faux fur throws transport guests to the sloped without having to leave London. Read more about it HERE.
As if I needed another reason to fall more in love with this hotel, I was happy to see STK Steakhouse, which is one of my very favorite steakhouses in New York City, here at ME London. I did not get a chance to dine here this time, however, from the glimpse of the sleek space, it seemed to be the trendy spot to see or be seen where a vibrant dining and a memorable night is guaranteed..
Leaving ME London was probably the hardest part of this trip, as I wish I could stay forever.. Thank you everyone at ME London for the truly unforgettable experience.. Until next time!
